How it works?
01. We design a tailored action plan
We start by listening to the school to understand their context, priorities, and goals. From there, we design a tailored plan that integrates well-being into everyday school life.
02. Students learn to express themselves
Our approach includes short, fun, engaging, and age-appropriate check-ins that help students reflect and express how they feel in a safe and meaningful way.
03. The school receives the results
We provide everything the school needs to make data-driven decisions and respond effectively, through personalized reports, visual data, and actionable insights.
04. We support the school in strengthening key areas
Our ready-to-use library of resources and activities are designed to reinforce and help schools improve their student’s well-being based on their needs.
Methodology
- Assessment
Our short, fun and evidence-based check-ins, give students a voice to express themselves and reflect on their well-being.
- Analysis
We measure and collect real-time data on student’s well-being, identifying the most important areas that require attention.
- Intervention
We provide well-being resources, activities and workshops, ensuring that schools can offer proactive support to their students.
We do not diagnose or provide therapy.
We are here to support schools in fostering students’ social and emotional development through a proactive, evidence-based, school-wide approach.
We help educators build a culture of well-being in the classroom by equipping them with tools to identify needs early, respond effectively, build trust with students, and create a supportive environment that prioritizes well-being from day one.
Assessment areas
We measure the five key areas of student well-being, offering a holistic
and comprehensive view of their development.
